Went above and beyond . Lonnie was amazing and went above and beyond as or realtor. We had been looking to move for over a year and he stuck with us the whole time. He walked us through the process from start to finish when it was time to sell our home and made sure all the stars aligned with the closing of our new one. We are lucky to not only call Lonnie our Realtor but also a friend.

Amazing Guide through a Rough Experience. Our home buying experience was anything but smooth, many bumps were experienced along the way. But Kim honestly was a massive blessing through the entire journey. She was attentive to our wants, kind, knowledgeable and connected in the real estate community, and unfailingly advocating for our interests. Not once did she make us feel like we were an imposition on her, she was always ready and willing to problem solve and power through the obstacles that we encountered. She seemed to always be working in the background to anticipate potential upcoming pitfalls and having solutions already in place. We had some massive timeline delays that were complete out of our control and Kim helped us navigate the “collateral damage” that resulted from those. And she was always on the ball in the communication department. Rarely did I have to reach out to her for updates and she was always responsive. We sincerely appreciated having her be on our team of professionals during this entire homebuying process. She was an absolute joy to work with!

The best agent ever! Lindsey was honestly the best agent we could’ve asked for! She was always on time, super friendly, and really cared about what we wanted in a home. She never made us feel rushed and was patient through the whole process. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does because she paid attention to all the little details, gave great advice, and went out of her way to make things easier for us. 5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. We can’t say enough great things about Lindsey! From day one, she made the whole process of selling our home so easy and stress-free (especially since we were living out of state). Lindsey knew exactly what to do to get our house looking its best—helping with staging, meeting with inspectors and contractors, giving us great advice, and ultimately getting it sold fast. What we loved most was how she kept us in the loop every step of the way. We always knew what was going on, and no question was too small. They're not called STELLAR for nothing🤩. I was definitely blessed to have the stellar realtor extraordinaire -- Kim Llewelyn, founder and broker of Stellar Realty -- working with me to find and purchase the "home of my dreams." She intuitively discerned what was most important to me in a house, and helped me determine what repairs/renovations were needed per inspections/evaluations by persons that have proven records with Kim of their diligence, integrity, and expertise -- all characteristics that describe Kim as well. With Kim's extensive background and focus on negotiating a fair contract for all involved, which was my desire and personal prayer, the sellers themselves were delighted and very cooperative in readying the house for my purchase and move-in -- even educating me on the care of the luscious garden they developed over years and generously leaving for me beautiful garden decore.
